On a personal level, the Spring Equinox can be a powerful time for inner transformation, as we align ourselves with the energies of the natural world and set intentions for growth and renewal.

Spring Equinox & Reciprocity

But the Spring Equinox is not just a time for personal transformation. It's also a time to consider how we can contribute to the greater good, particularly the health of the planet. As we witness the effects of climate change and the devastating impact of human activity on the environment, it's more important than ever to take action and make a difference.

So, how can we use the energy of the Spring Equinox to contribute to the health of the planet?

Here are a few ideas:

Spring Equinox Guided Meditation

Here’s a quick Guided Meditation to help you attune yourself to the energy of the Spring Equinox:

  • Begin by finding a comfortable seated position, either on the ground or in a chair. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, feeling the air fill your lungs and exhaling slowly.
  • As you breathe in and out, begin to focus your attention on the energy of the Spring Equinox. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, and the gentle breeze moving through the air. Visualize the new growth of flowers and trees, and the energy of the Earth coming back to life.
  • Imagine yourself standing in a field, surrounded by fresh green grass and wildflowers. You feel the energy of the Earth beneath your feet, and the sun warming your skin. Take a few moments to take in the sights, smells, and sounds of Spring.
  • Now, imagine a small stream running through the field, with crystal clear water. Walk towards the stream, feeling the energy of the Earth with each step. When you reach the water's edge, kneel down and dip your hand in the cool water.
  • As you touch the water, feel its energy flow through your body. Let the energy of the water flow up your arm, into your chest, and then throughout your entire body. Visualize the energy of the water cleansing and renewing you, bringing new life and vitality to your being.
  • Now, stand up and face the sun. Feel the warmth and energy of the sun on your skin, and visualize the light of the sun filling your entire being. Imagine the light of the sun shining down on the field, filling it with energy and vitality.
  • Take a few moments to bask in the energy of the Spring Equinox, feeling the warmth of the sun, the energy of the Earth, and the cleansing power of the water.
  • When you are ready, slowly open your eyes and return to the present moment, feeling renewed, refreshed, and attuned to the energy of the Spring Equinox.
